Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tiggywiggy.com (the "Site") and every purchase made through it. The Site is operated by EFHEJW EJ LLC, trading as Tiggywiggy, from Queen Creek, AZ. By browsing the Site or placing an order you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. When you order you confirm that the information you give us — name, addresses, contact details, payment details — is accurate, current and yours to use.

2. Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your login. Tell us at support@tiggywiggy.com straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Products, descriptions and prices

We sell Baby, Kids & Pet Essentials as described on each product page. We try to keep every description, photograph and price accurate, but errors happen. We may correct pricing or description mistakes, update or withdraw a product, or limit quantities at any time, including after an order is placed; if a correction affects an order you have already paid for, we will tell you and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated; the full amount, including any tax, appears at checkout before you confirm.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if the order breaches these Terms or if there was an error in the listing. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full. To cancel an order yourself, contact support@tiggywiggy.com as soon as possible — an order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be cancellable, in which case the Refund & Returns Policy applies.

5. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection; we do not store your card details. Nothing is added after checkout — the total shown when you confirm is the total charged.

6. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states only, with free standard shipping on every order and no expedited option. Processing times, transit times, tracking and what to do about a lost parcel are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. That policy — including the 72-hour window for reporting damage and the exclusion of change-of-mind returns — forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The text, product photographs, graphics, logos and layout of the Site belong to Tiggywiggy or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or reuse requires our prior written permission.

9. What you may not do

Using the Site you agree not to:

• break any law or place fraudulent orders;
• interfere with the security, availability or operation of the Site;
• scrape, copy or republish Site content, in bulk or otherwise, without permission;
• upload viruses, malicious code or anything designed to damage the Site;
• attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Products come with the protections described in our Refund & Returns Policy; beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranty, express or implied, including as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Always follow the age guidance and safety instructions supplied with a product, especially items intended for babies, children or pets.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Tiggywiggy nor EFHEJW EJ LLC is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost data, revenue or profits — arising from your use of the Site or from a product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold EFHEJW EJ LLC, its owners and its staff harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be brought in the courts located in State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
