Payment Methods

Effective date: September 29, 2026

Paying at Tiggywiggy should take less time than choosing a bib. This page explains what we accept, how your payment is protected and what happens if something goes wrong at checkout.

What we accept

  • Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • Elo
  • JCB
  • UnionPay

The options available to you are shown on the payment step of checkout. Choose the one you prefer; there is no surcharge for any of them.

How your payment is protected

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant processor. Your card number is entered into their secure form and never reaches or sits on our servers. Every page of the checkout, and every page of this site, is served over an SSL/TLS encrypted connection.

Prices, tax and the total

All prices on the site are in US dollars (USD). The total you see on the final checkout screen — product price plus any applicable sales tax — is exactly what you are charged. Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing added after the fact and no fee that appears later.

When your card is charged

Your payment method is charged when you confirm the order. Within a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If it has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first; if it is still missing, write to support@tiggywiggy.com and we will resend it.

If a payment is declined

Most declines are quick to fix:

  • Check that the billing name, address and zip code match what your bank has on file.
  • Make sure the card has not expired and has funds available.
  • Some banks block a first purchase from a new online store — a short call to them usually clears it.
  • Try a different payment method from the list above.

If it still fails, contact us and we will look at the order from our side.
